“And remember. You’ve got a big brother”… a motivating phrase that Pyjter repeats to The Kid several times a day. They are both waiters in a restaurant focused on special occasions. But today’s shift is going to be a shift with a difference. Pyjter is all set to find The Kid a girl. And being as he’s more experienced, he’ll find the best… because when it comes to what’s good for his brother, he knows best. Unfortunately, it’s a funeral today… so the mournful mood will just have to be banished and a party atmosphere stirred up. Because before the day is out, the timorous Kid is going to become a man…

Wojciech Stupnicki

graduated in Film and New Media from the University of Silesia in Katowice, where he is currently studying Film Directing. He has made a number of shorts, mainly satiric, and has also written several feature screenplays. He is currently preparing to make his debut, also a tragicomedy, about a man acknowledged as dead, whose joyful return to the bosom of his family triggers a series of complications.
