The first edition of Filmest Badalona took place in 1969. It is an international festival dedicated to short films – documentaries, animations or fiction. The organizers are open to international productions, debuts, school films, works by debutants and recognized artists.
Award-winning animation “Bless You!” Paulina Ziółkowska takes place on a sunny day. People are waiting at the bus stop. Suddenly someone sneezes. And someone else. And yet. An epidemic breaks out. In the chaos of sneezes, however, it turns out that the worst thing is to fall ill with yourself.
This year’s edition of the festival took place between October 16 and 25.
