The screening in Rhode Island marks yet another international success for the short documentary film “The Tuners”, directed by Paweł Chorzępa, which is being shown at numerous festivals around the world. For Wojciech Staroń’s “Passion According to Agnieszka” and Angelika Cygal’s “Dying of the Young Deer”, these will be their North American premieres. All the films have been selected for the main competition of the 30th anniversary edition of the Rhode Island International Film Festival (RIIFF), which will take place from 4 to 9 August.
The Rhode Island International Film Festival is one of the most prestigious film events in the United States.
