DOCS: “IN TOUCH” AND “THE TOUGH” AT CAMERIMAGE

In the first half of November starts the 27th edition of the International Film Festival EnergaCAMERIMAGE. Among the films invited to the documentary film competition, there are two Polish productions represented by KFF Sales&Promotion.

EnergaCAMERIMAGE is the largest and the most famous festival dedicated to the art of the cinematographers. Thanks to the festival, it began to be noticed that the cameraman is the co-creator of the visual side of the film, and an artist, just like the director and the actors. The EnergaCAMERIMAGE is also a great forum not only for presentations but also discussions about the future of art of film. By bringing together the community of the award-winning film-makers and helping the debutants and students, it allows them to discover new artistic areas.

In addition to the Main Competition, the festival includes, among others, the Student Etudes Competition, the Polish Films Competition, the Cinematographers Debut Competition, the Music Video Competition and the TV Pilots Competition. There are also two competitions dedicated to documentary films: feature-length and short ones.  You can watch our productions in both competitions.

The best cinematography in a feature-length competition, according to the festival selectors, we could see in “In Touch” by Paweł Ziemilski. In turn, in the short documentary film competition  “The Tough” by Marcin Polar have a chance to win awards.
