About the director:

was born in Lodz, where she later studied Art at the Academy of Fine Arts, Philosophy at the University of Lodz, and Film Directing at the Polish National Film School in Lodz. Her student films “Fochy” and “Universal Spring” have been shown at festivals in Poland and abroad. She is fascinated with the notion of the absurd and looks for it in cinema and literature. She is a great fan of the Ghibli animation studio.
