FOR BEING ALIVE

ZA TO, ŻE ŻYJEMY, CZYLI PUNK Z WROCKA

A very strong punk movement was formed in Wrocław in the late seventies. It arose in opposition to the inability to think independently and as a protest against omnipresent drabness and the lack of prospects. Generously illustrated with archive materials, the documentary tells the story of the everyday life of punks in Poland under communism and about the formation and development of the punk-rock music scene represented by such bands as Zwłoki, Klaus Mitffoch or Sedes.
