MARINA

PRZYSTAŃ

“Marina” is a short documentary by Martin Lesisz which tells the story of river carriers who pulled the rope from one shore to another day and night. It is an observation on the last days of life of a small microcosm, the world of a river, man and machine. A ferry operating since the Middle Ages is being replaced with a bridge which brings to an end a chapter of some forgotten local story.
