The month begins with a screening of "The Best Fireworks Ever" by Aleksandra Terpińska at Eurasia Festival in Kazakhstan. In July this short film can be also seen at the International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala in India. At the beginning of the month the cinemagoers in Austria will see "Pussy" directed by Renata Gąsiorowska during dotdotdot Open Air Show; the animation was also included in the programme of Resistances Film Festival in France. Also in France, but this time at the One Country One Film Festival, we will see Filip Drzewiecki's film "My Name Is Julita".
In Croatia, Tabor Film Festival will present "Oh God!" by Betina Bożek and "Penciless Case" by Magdalena Pilecka, while "Leaven" by Artur Hanaj will be shown at Cryptshow in Spain. The audience of the Animavi International Film Festival of Poetic Animation in Italy will see "Moczarski's Case" by Tomasz Siwiński, and the audience of the European Film Festival of Palic in Serbia – "Nothing New Under the Sun" by Damian Kocur.
Jakub Radej's film "Dust" will have three screenings in July – the documentary will be presented at the 16th Tabor Film Festival – International Short Film Festival in Croatia, KO:SH Film Fest in Albania and Lago Film Fest in Italy. Lago Film Fest will also show "Volte" by Monika Kotecka and Karolina Poryzała.
Animator Festival, which will also take place in July in Poland, invited nine Polish animations to compete in the international competition and among them: "Colaholic" by Marcin Podolec, "Squaring the Circle" by Karolina Specht and "III" by Marta Pajek.
A strong representation of Polish short films will go to the Night at the Castle Film Festival in Slovakia. In total the audience at the Slovakian festival will see twenty one Polish short films from the last few years, and among them: "The Dogcatcher" by Daria Woszek, "Toto" by Zbigniew Czapla and "The Whistle" by Grzegorz Zariczny. Also Show Me Shorts Festivals is hosting a film night devoted to Polish productions. At Show Me Shorts Polish Short FilmsNight in New Zealand we will see six Polish shorts including "Morning Has Broken" by Olga Chajdas and "Beautiful" by Weronika Kuc.
Five Polish films were invited to the festival in Guanajuanto, Mexico: "Eatself" by Edyta Adamczak, "Oh God!" by Betina Bożek, "Norma" by Agata Mianowska, "Morning Has Broken" and "Tremors" by Dawid Bodzak.
July will end with Anima Mundi Festival in Brazil which has ten Polish film in its programme including "Bless You!" by Paulina Ziółkowska, "Room" by Michał Socha and "Cosmos" by Daria Kopiec.
