SILVER EYE is an award for the best feature, mid and short length documentary of the East Silver Market. There are 11 nominated films in each category. Documentaries have been selected from East Silver Market submissions 2010. East Silver Market is held within the frames of International Documentary Film Festival in Jihlava.

EAST SILVER EYE winners will be announced at the 7th East Silver Market during the Opening ceremony of the XIV. Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival in October 26, 2010.
Last year’s SILVER EYE winner in the short category was the documentary film „Six Weeks” by Marcin Janos Krawczyk. What is more, “Rabbit a la Berlin” by Bartek Konopka won in the category of midlength films and the special mention in the same category was given to Anna Kazejak, director of “SideTrack”.
In addition to this, as every year, there are several dozen the newest Polish films available in videolibrary to international professionals such as TV buyers, festival programmers, sales agents and distributors.
