Deadline for submitting films for 49th KFF is close

Only until 11th February films can be submitted for 49th edition of Krakow Film Festival.

Only 10 days left to submit films for 49th Krakow Film Festival. 49th edition of the festival – one of the oldest and most recognizable European film events concerning documentary and short films – is going to take place from 29th May to 4th June 2009. We accept the newest, international and Polish, productions for three competition sections:

  • National competition (for short fictions and animations up to 30 minutes and documentaries up to 60 minutes long)
  • International Competition (for short fictions and animations up to 30 minutes and documentaries up to 60 minutes long)
  • Feature-length Documentary Competition (for documentaries at least 60 minutes or more)

Only the films completed after 1st January 2008 may be submitted to the selection. Deadline is on 11th February 2009.

At the same time the submissions for the Krakow Film Market can be made. For the Market we accept films produced in 2008 and 2009: animations and short fictions up to 45 minutes and documentaries with no limit of running time. The regulations and on-line entry form can be found on our website.
