SHORTS: “STAGNANT” WINS IN THE CANARY ISLANDS

The film by Konrad Kultys was named the best short film of the Gáldar International Film Festival.

Gáldar International Film Festival has been held for 10 years and remains one of the most important cultural events in the Canary Islands. The festival’s program features both short and feature-length films from Spain and the rest of the world.

The protagonist of Stagnant is Adam, a tough skinhead who ignores his disability and tries to dominate his loved ones. His brother – and caretaker – decides to change jobs, forcing Adam to re-examine his situation and face his own limitations.

Stagnant by Konrad Kultys is produced by Lodz Film School.
