Last Saturday, 40th edition of the short film festival, taking place from 9th June in Spanish Huesca, ended. From among 33 the films presented in the documentary competition, the jury appreciated and honoured the documentary film "3 Days of Freedom" by Łukasz Borowski.
From today on the professionals visiting MIFA market held in French Annecy have an opportunity of meeting the producers representing Poland at the national stand. It is possible to visit the Polish Animations stand till Friday, 8th June.
On Sunday evening the 52nd edition of Krakow Film Festival came to an end. The festival that ran in Krakow for the last seven days brought to Krakow the most exceptional short films made over the last one and a half years all over the world. At the closing ceremony the jury announced the best films of the festival.

On May 11th in Spanish Santiago de Compostella the winners of the 9th edition of Curtocircuito were announced. The only Polish film in the competition – a documentary “The Fourth Man” directed by Krzysztof Kasior received one of the top festival’s awards.
Last week proved very fortunate for Paweł Wysoczański – the author of documentary “We will be happy one day”. Straight after the award for the best short film in Reykjavik, weekend brought another good news – the award at the Spanish DOCUMENTA MADRID.
