It was an extraordinary evening for Julia Orlik's animated film. It received two awards at this year's Paris International Animation Film Festival. The jury appreciated its direction while the viewers awarded their own special prize.

ANIM: “I’M HERE” WIN AWARD IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
There still seem to be some awards left in store for Julia Orlik's “I'm Here” and Mariusz Wilczyński's “Kill It and Leave This Town”. This time, the award-winning animated films received even more prizes at Anifilm in the Czech Republic. Another award was also given to the Polish co-production for children – “Even Mice Belong in Heaven” by Denisa Grimmová and Jan Bubeníček.

Michał Bielawski's feature-length documentary was recognised as the best documentary at the British Ramsgate International Film & TV Festival.
DOCS: “THE WHALE FROM LORINO” WITH POLISH FILM ACADEMY AWARD!
This time, the award for the best documentary went to Maciej Cuske for “The Whale from Lorino”. In turn, Mariusz Wilczyński's animated film “Kill It and Leave This Town” was recognised as best film.

61st edition of Krakow Film Festival has finished. We already know all of the laureates. They include: “A Little Bit of Paradise” by Andrzej Cichocki, and "1970" by Tomasz Wolski.

We've received great news from Animafest Zagreb. Julia Orlik's film “I'm Here” received the Dušan Vukotić Award and was named the best student animation of the festival, while Mariusz Wilczyński's feature-length “Kill It and Leave This Town” won a special mention from the Jury.
