“JUREK” WINS IN KOREA
Korean festival Ulju Mountain Film Festival International announced the winners of this year's edition. "Jurek" by Paweł Wysoczański was honoured with the Grand Prize.

POLISH DOCUMENTARY FILMS AT THE FESTIVAL IDFA
Nine Polish documentary films qualified for the participation in this year's edition of the IDFA festival! Five films will compete for the awards in the competition sections, and four will be shown in the noncompetive sections.
POLISH FILMS AT THE FESTIVAL DOK LEIPZIG
On October 31, starts the 59th edition of the festival DOK Leipzig. This year, a strong representation of Polish productions will appear in Leipzig: seven films will vie in the competitions, eight will appear in the non-competing sections, and twenty-seven will be shown in a special retrospective.
POLISH SHORTS ON THE ROAD TO THE ACADEMY AWARDS
On January 24, the nominations for the Academy Awards will be announced, and earlier the Oscar shortlists will appear. This year, Polish short films once again have a chance to be included on these lists and compete for the most important statuette in the world of cinema.

POLISH DOCUMENTARY FILMS AT DOCSMX
On October 13, starts the new edition of the festival DocsMX in Mexico. In the programme, there are as many as nine Polish documentary films.
POLISH ANIMATED FILMS AT PRIMANIMA
550 submissions from around the world were sent to the fifth edition of Primanima, out of which 75 films from 22 countries were selected, including 5 Polish animated films.
FOCUS ON POLISH ANIMATED FILMS AT REANIMANIA
During this year's edition of the festival, Focus on Poland is organised. Polish animated films of the last five years will be shown to the audience.
