The last weekend of October brought Polish filmmakers two awards. Two films by the graduates of the Polish National Film School in Łódź - Magnus von Horn and Grzegorz Jaroszuk were among the award-winners of the festivals in Kiev and Luxembourg.
At the turn of November and December, the anniversary 20th edition of Plus Cameraimage festival takes place in Bydgoszcz. Among the competition documentary films at this edition there is as many as eight Polish films.
During the closing ceremony at the International Documentary Film Festival in Jihlava, the Silver Eye awards were given. Polish documentaries triumphed, winning awards in two out of three competition categories.

Yesterday evening, the 20th edition of Mountain Film Festival in Poprad came to an end. The documentary by Marcin Koszałka, shown in the competition section, was included among the award-winning films!
45 films sent to Belgrade from 21 countries were screened in the programme of this year's Serbian Balkanima. A special award, given annually to the best artistic school, this year went to Poland.
